Commodus is an Open-Format style DJ, currently based in NYC.  When it comes to pleasing the crowd, he is one of the best in the business.  His finely tuned ear for rhythm and style is on full display during his performances as he seamlessly blends today's hottest tracks with the ever-popular classics to keep the dance floors packed.  Being plugged into the NYC music scene has helped Commodus keep a steady pulse of the masses and the music they enjoy.  His mixes combine a variety of genres including: Dance, Pop, Classics, Hip Hop, Indie, Rock, Reggae, Electro, House, 80's and 90's.

His superb mixing skills, showmanship, microphone presence and versatility have earned Commodus opportunities to showcase for a wide range of clientele.  Most recently, he spent 5 months on a cruise ship entertaining thousands of new passengers every week for Carnival Cruise Lines.  There he went through DJ Irie's Spin'iversity Program and has gone on to become a Pro DJ with Carnival.  

The buzz continues to grow for Commodus as he brings his explosive brand of Open Format mixes to domestic and international audiences. He was recently selected as a featured DJ by Huffington Post/AOL and Spotify to contribute a workout playlist, this just weeks after the same publication featured a playlist from 50 Cent.
